You will work collaboratively with internal partners to reduce provider issues and implement long term solutions to problems identified.
Experience: *1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment is required.
This candidate will be responsible for servicing incoming groups and events and serving as an intermediary between the customer and the key departments involved
Assist with the insurance carrier accounts payable function for all locations operations, including but not limited to: Filing and other administrative tasks.
Write daily report cards for pet guests to deliver to pet parents. Maintain a high standard of pet and employee safety. This is a full-time position.
