Summary

We are seeking a full-time Montessori teacher for our Primary class in Plano and Allen.
We are hiring at our Plano school at 3901 W. Park Blvd, Plano 75075.
This position will start August 1, 2023.



Duties

Responsibilities: Plan and implement the curriculum. Establish a record-keeping system to track the children's progress. Facilitate a respectful environment for children and adults by advocating conflict resolution. Implement grace, courtesy, and character-building lessons. Attend all faculty meetings and scheduled staff events. Will need to pass a background check and fingerprinting and CPR/First Aid certification.

Requirements

This position requires love, patience, and respect for children. The teacher will encourage the children to be independent and models appropriate manners and behaviors.
Requirements:
Previous experience with preschool children in a school setting. Proficient and fluent in English. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Work well with children, parents, and other staff members
Montessori certificate required, certificate in process okay.

Nice To Haves

Preferred qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with Texas Rising Star a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
