Kind Dental is a growing private practice located in Scotch Plains, NJ. We strive to provide the highest quality dental care with state-of-the-art technology, and we are looking for an outgoing and experienced Associate General Dentist to join our team!
Our office has 5 operatories and 10 fabulous team members that make up the dream team to provide the absolute best for our patients. We are currently open Monday through Friday with 2 late evening days and are predominantly fee-for-service with the exception of a handful of private insurance plans. We are fully digital & have a CBCT, hand-held x-rays, electric units, itero, trios, and lasers!

We take pride in the care that we provide for our patients and believe that comprehensive treatment must be efficient, but never rushed! Our clinicians have full autonomy on diagnosis and treatment and we are always happy to collaborate on treatment plans and execution to provide the best outcome possible.
We are a comprehensive family practice so our super-general dentists provide care ranging from restorative, cosmetic, complex pros, molar endo, periodontal therapies, oral surgery, Invisalign treatment, implant placement & restoration, & much more. We expect our future associate to be proficient in restorative & general pros but only do what they enjoy and are comfortable with! We are happy to provide mentoring & training in procedures you'd like to pursue further & are sure we will learn from you too!
The position is part-time and financial compensation can be discussed in detail at the interview if we are a good fit for each other! 1-2 years of experience is a must. NJ dental license required.
