System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for an Accounts Payable Manager. You will be joining a cutting-edge technology leader where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Accounts Payable function and leading a dedicated team. Responsibilities: Provide daily guidance and support to the Accounts Payable team Oversee weekly processing of payments ensuring timely disbursements using ACH, direct debit and wire payments Provide administration for the corporate credit card and purchasing card programs Review employee expense reports ensuring compliance with company policies Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve invoice and expense report discrepancies Serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding company policies and procedures Test and implement system upgrades and new software solutions to enhance efficiency Maintain accurate supplier records, including new vendor onboarding Ensure compliance with IRS regulations for W-9, W-8, and 1099 informational reporting Reconcile monthly accounts payable balances with the general ledger Support the accounting team with accruals and variance analysis of AP transactions Assist in quarterly cash flow forecasting and management processes Partner with management to document, recommend, and implement internal control enhancements Prepare necessary reports for management as required Facilitate audit processes by preparing schedules, samples, and reconciliations Enforce escalation protocols and promote best practices in troubleshooting Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures Effective leadership and communication skills Promote an environment of trust and respect encouraging open communication and teamwork Ability to be strategic and see the big picture, but also able to get into the details when needed Experience with ERP systems and Expense Report Management systems, proficient in Excel Takes initiative, ownership and works well with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability and a positive attitude toward change Salary: $80K - $100K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
