Maryland State Police Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion 1201 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, MD 21208 Main Purpose of Job This position serves an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator for the MD Department of State Police (MDSP) within the Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (ODEI). Responsible for investigating and adjudicating complaints of discrimination; conducting EEO and Sexual Harassment trainings, as necessary. Also responsible for recommending and/or implementation of programs and ensuring compliance with civil rights laws, regulations, and MDSP policies. Ensures the EEO complaint timeline (365/30/10/30) is followed by goal setting, deadlines, follow-up, and updating the ODEI case ledger. Preparation of investigative reports and drafting effective position statements. Due to the nature of this work discretion, impartiality, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information are paramount core competencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Maryland
