Location: On-campus (remote work not available during academic sessions)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (7–9 holidays per year)

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Japanese/English) Admissions Assistant to join our Admissions Office. This role supports the admissions process through data management, event coordination, and direct communication with prospective students, families, and schools. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage admissions data, applicant files, and the admissions portal
Prepare materials for the Admissions Manager and Committee
Coordinate events, campus tours, and promotional activities in New York, Tokyo, Osaka, and other locations
Communicate with prospective students, families, and schools via email, phone, and portal
Support visa-related matters
Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a business or office environment
Bilingual in Japanese (native) and English (business level)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, RANK, FIND) and other Office applications
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet)
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $47,000 – $52,000 (DOE)
