Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our new The UPS Store franchise in San Antonio. The ideal candidate brings current or recent UPS Store management experience and deep familiarity with UPS Store systems, procedures, and culture. You will be ultimately accountable for profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a new center from day one, working directly with an engaged franchise owner who values operational excellence and professional growth.
