Kelly is hiring Warehouse Associates for a large retail distribution center in La Vergne, TN! These are entry-level positions — no high school diploma or GED required. Climate-Controlled Facility
Available Shifts & Pay:
Weekends:
• Sat & Sun | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fri – Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekdays:
• Mon – Thurs | 4:55 AM – 3:25 PM
• Sun – Wed | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $16.00 – $17.50/hr (depending on shift)
Starting Mid-November: + $1.00/hr increase through the end of 2025!
Position: Internet Fulfillment Distribution Associate
What You’ll Do:
• Pack and prepare E-commerce orders for shipment
• Ensure order accuracy and timely processing
• Stock new merchandise and maintain organization
• Communicate with supervisors on production issues
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards
• Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with music and a great break room!
What You’ll Need:
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand/walk for 10–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs as needed
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
