You Are UST is searching for a Game Tester who will execute test cases with accuracy and prevent incorrect product shipment by reporting business‑critical bugs. Opportunity Testing PC platform and sub‑systems, triaging, filing bugs. Taking ownership of bugs and following them to closure. Enabling new features on Platform and OS. What You Need 1+ years of experience in PC Platform and motherboard architecture. Computer peripherals and motherboard components (PCIe, USB, USB‑C, TBT, SATA, PCH, ICH, BIOS, UEFI, RAM, CPU, GPU). Different power states of system and devices (ACPI – S‑states, C‑states, D‑states). Driver and firmware experience, and deployment on a system. Subsystems such as Multimedia, communications, sensors, etc. Windows OS and its features. Ability to triage Platform/ingredient/OS issues. Knowledge of bug life cycle and use of tools like Jira, HSD, VSO. Ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs. of weight. Role Location California Compensation Range $44,000 – $66,000 Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
