Responsibilities Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other household equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance. Assemble and install new appliances as required. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Skills Proficiency in appliance repair techniques with a focus on electrical systems. Experience in field service roles, particularly equipment repair. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with delivery practices for transporting appliances when necessary.
