Hotside / Coldside Commercial & Residential Appliance Repair Field Service Technician Base pay range: $60,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience. Pay may include daily guarantee, commission, bonuses, and commissions. This role requires a passion for troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with a team. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair home appliances and commercial kitchen equipment such as ice machines, cooking equipment, walk‑in coolers/freezers, stand‑alone refrigerator coolers/freezers. Provide cost estimates for repairs. Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed. Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Collect payment for work performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
