Job Description

Interior Design Project Manager (Full-Time, In-Person – Lehi, UT) About Bonfire

Bonfire is a high-end construction and development firm based in Utah, specializing in luxury custom residences in private, amenitized communities. We integrate design, development, and construction into one cohesive process to deliver refined, enduring homes and an elevated client experience.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to lead interior design coordination across multiple custom residential projects. This role bridges creativity and execution — translating design intent into precise, buildable solutions while ensuring that every detail meets Bonfire’s standard of excellence.

You’ll work in-person from our Lehi office , collaborating closely with our construction, architecture, and design partners. The role also requires Revit proficiency and the ability to manage outsourced production teams responsible for drawing documentation.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage interior design projects from concept through installation.
  • Oversee design schedules, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Review drawings and specifications for accuracy, constructability, and design intent.
  • Direct and manage outsourced design documentation teams — maintaining high quality and consistency in Revit deliverables.
  • Use Revit to review models, redline drawings, and coordinate updates with design consultants.
  • Partner with Bonfire’s construction teams to ensure interior design elements are executed to standard on site.
  • Lead coordination with clients, architects, and interior designers — facilitating clear communication, decisions, and documentation.
  • Oversee FF&E procurement tracking, installation, and punch list completion.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing interior design projects (luxury residential or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong Revit skills and confidence reviewing, coordinating, and managing documentation workflows.
  • Experience managing remote or outsourced design/drafting teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, detailing, and FF&E procurement.
  • A collaborative, design-driven mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
Details
  • Location: In-person at Bonfire’s Lehi, Utah office
  • Travel: Periodic site visits in the Wasatch Back and surrounding areas
Why Join Bonfire

At Bonfire, we’re redefining what luxury residential development looks like — combining design sensitivity with construction precision. You’ll join a tight-knit team that values creativity, accountability, and craftsmanship, and you’ll play a key role in delivering homes that set a new benchmark for quality.
