Overview Leasing Agent (47003) at Two Coast Living in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a people‑person to guide potential residents through the home‑search journey. The role combines customer service, leasing sales, and community building. What You'll Be Doing Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience. Tour Guide with a Twist – Showcase our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm. Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community. Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with the team to hit leasing goals while maintaining top‑notch customer service. Renewal Expert – Support current residents in renewing their leases so they can stay where they love. What We Offer Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly. Full‑Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/Holiday. Qualifications Treat all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrate a natural disposition towards personal and public safety, operating from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics. Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines. Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred. Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required. Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes. Physical Requirements Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as‑needed basis) and holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly. Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor. Travel: None. Work environment and physical demands: General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds; able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates.
