If you bring the energy, we’ve got the opportunity! What You'll Be Doing Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm. Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community. Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top‑notch. Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else. What We Offer Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly. Full‑Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/Holiday. Excellent organizational skills and time management; meet goals and deadlines. Function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales required. Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques. Physical Requirements Expected work hours – Must work on the heaviest traffic days, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly, Sundays on an as‑needed basis, and holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly. Travel: None. Work environment – General office environment; lift or move items up to 10 pounds; move around property; sit or stand for extended periods; walk, climb stairs in various weather conditions.
