What You'll Do:
You’ll run the business side of the clinic so our medical team can focus on patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead & Develop the Team: Hire, train, and inspire administrative and clinical staff to deliver consistent excellence.
• Drive Patient Experience: Own the full patient journey — from inquiry to consultation to success story.
• Run Operations Smoothly: Manage scheduling, medical records, workflows, and daily coordination.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold all healthcare regulations and internal policies with precision.
• Own Financial Performance: Handle billing, accounts receivable, and operational KPIs to keep the clinic healthy.
• Control Inventory: Maintain accurate tracking and supply management.
• Measure & Improve: Analyze reports, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Convert & Retain: Support marketing and sales efforts by converting inbound leads and maximizing patient retention.
• Build Culture: Create a high-trust, high-standard environment that reflects Rare’s values — discipline, integrity, and relentless improvement.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field (preferred)• 3+ years in a medical office or operations leadership role
• Proven ability to lead people and manage performance
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and EMR systems
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• A bias for action — you solve problems fast and stay calm under pressure
• A patient-first mindset paired with business acumen
