ON-SITE SUPERVISOR NEEDED...

Our office is currently seeking an On-Site to with one of our growing and potential largest clients. Our On-Site is a crucial part of our team and is the liaison between our office and our client.

Job duties Include but not limited to:

• Will assist with the appointment setting for new applicants interested in our jobs.
• Will handle in-office orientations for new starts.
• Prepare brochures and paperwork for new starts.
• Will make badges for new starts.
• Greeting new starts at our client site.
• Coaching applicants if any issues arise while onsite.
• Walking our applicants in the warehouse in the most safe demeanor.
• Will be the initial contact with our client management team.
• This person will nurture and grow the client relationship with the management team.
• Will assist with timecards, payroll and any discrepancies.
• Will do all the data entry of new hires into Kronos / UKG.
• Run payroll reports as needed for the internal office team.
• Will be in charge of ensuring our office team knows about new job orders that are open or that will be coming up in the very near future.
• Will talk daily with managers on new opportunities that we can help with.
• Will be assisting our Staffing Consultant that handles this client.

Our On-Site candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Must be outgoing, a self-starter, dependable, punctual, polished and reliable.
• Must have OWN reliable transportation.
• Must have good computer skills - MS Word and Google Docs are needed.
• Must be professional and reliable at all times
• Bilingual highly desired but not a deal breaker.

Additional information to know about this role:

• This position will require daily commute to Irving and to Coppell.
• Pay will be based on experience, please share your desired pay rate.
