Leola, PA | $16/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Order Pullers to join a leading distribution team in Leola, PA. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pull customer orders using RF scanners and summary sheets
Retrieve products from warehouse shelves and stage for shipment
Verify item quantities, conditions, and labeling for accuracy
Restock and organize warehouse bins, shelves, and overstock areas
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Assist with loading/unloading, inventory, and special warehouse projects
Requirements:
6+ months of warehouse or order picking experience preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift
Reliable and detail-oriented with good time management skills
Comfortable using ladders and RF devices for inventory tracking
Experience in warehouse or production setting required
Must be able to read and communicate in English
