Job Description

Job Description -Collaborate with leaders to define enterprise needs and build ROI-driven change adoption plans. -Support OCM efforts through stakeholder analysis, resistance planning, readiness assessments, communications, and change implementation tasks. -Lead the design and delivery of key communications. -Contribute to training design by documenting requirements and providing input. -Create actionable tools to help sponsors, managers, and teams manage change effectively. -Use standard frameworks to build toolkits that strengthen organizational change capabilities.
