Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care — no inpatient or hospital call
• 4-day workweek to support work-life balance
• Base salary starting at $300,000+, with wRVU production incentives and sign-on bonuses
• Up to $150,000 in retention or educational assistance
• Over 30 days of annual time off (ATO) and robust retirement plans with employer matching
