Join our dynamic Med Surg team caring for a wide variety of patients. You'll collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities include:
Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.
Coordinating discharge planning and patient education.
Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education Required:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing but new grads welcome to apply
Certification Addendum:
Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF or others)
