Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience for a full-time day shift opportunity in a multidisciplinary therapy unit.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work primarily with outpatient orthopedic patients, with some neurological and varied diagnoses also seen
• Float as needed to inpatient therapy for evaluations and treatments
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch
• Multidisciplinary therapy unit covering physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Uses computerized charting systems Optimispt and Quadramed
• Local travelers are accepted with no radius restrictions
• Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of various patient populations using modalities and manual skills
• Professional casual dress code is required
• Orientation and training are provided by the department director
• Facility may call off up to 24 hours per 13-week contract

• Current BLS certification required
• Wyoming PT license required; license required if applicable
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred
• Inpatient therapy experience preferred
