The Front Desk Agent will organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
Be able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers in a fast pace environment. Be able to handle conflict.
Explaining the menu to the customers. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
Write daily report cards for pet guests to deliver to pet parents. Maintain a high standard of pet and employee safety. This is a full-time position.
