Job Summary: As a key member of the Client Testing Center of Excellence team, this role works closely with product development staff to guide product testing direction, support design decisions, and ensure design robustness through compliance with required standards. A primary responsibility is to execute electrical tests at the Franksville, WI labs.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with product development staff and advise on product design direction.^Ensure design robustness through compliance with required standards.^Assess and implement testing approaches and equipment setup.^Conduct hands-on electrical testing of varying complexity.^Perform standardized and unique tests on electrical power distribution apparatus involving high voltage, high power, and thermal testing.^Review test methods required by standards and develop procedures to ensure repeatable practices.^Incorporate changes to improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.^Design and set up test circuits including instrumentation and controls.^Execute tests, collect data, evaluate results, and write reports.^Participate with Power Test Lab (PTL) management to ensure compliance with IEC/ISO 17025 and A2LA certification requirements.^Maintain and improve PTL and site safety.
