Once teachers become more familiar with interactive boards and start using iPads and tablets in their classrooms they start searching for applications that can allow them to use their iPads as interactive boards. In addition to that one of the things that teachers always do is create videos and tutorials for their students. These videos are very useful to explain any concept and engage students one-on-one and allow them to work at their own pace.

I’m going to share with you some screencasting iPad apps and some are also for androids or laptops. Such apps can be used across all subjects and with almost all grade levels. Below are some of these most popular iPad apps. I have tried them all in my lessons with my students and also in my sessions/workshops.
